In a high-pressure, event-driven environment, I managed the entire production for the 2014 Sundance Film Festival's environmental graphics, covering 27 individual venues. Facing an aggressive schedule, I functioned as the bridge between creative vision and physical installation. I designed the layouts for all designs and generated every final, print-ready file from scratch. 

The primary challenge was not just volume, but logistical complexity: each venue required bespoke problem-solving to adapt the core branding to unique architectural constraints, ensuring visual impact while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role underscores my capacity for high-stakes technical leadership, translating conceptual designs into a massive, cohesive, and impactful physical experience on a tight turnaround.
